In the past few weeks we have closely monitored developments in the current COVID-19 outbreak and have initiated enhanced protocols to reduce opportunities for the spread of this virus.

Office Closed Until April 1st.

If you have a work order please call the office at 773-262-7555, send us an email, or use your PORTAL and we will schedule an appointment as long as you and your family are healthy. 

We would prefer that no one would be home when we are doing your repair.

Those of you who drop your payments off to the office, you may still do so by putting them in our drop box. 

To our future tenants who would like to view an apartment, please make an appointment with our leasing agent and we will meet you at the building. Those of you who would like to apply for one of our apartments, please go on line to and click on “lease application”
